Maintenance and Service Requests


All maintenance and janitorial requests should be submitted through the Tenant Center, which can be accessed by clicking the "Service Request" tab above. If there is an emergency, please call the Response Center at 1 (800) 933-4357 or the appropriate authority.


After normal business hours Sunday through Thursday, a contracted janitorial service company will clean your suite. Included in their service is vacuuming carpets, mopping tile floors, trash removal, and light dusting of furniture. Representatives from the janitorial company will be inspecting the building each week. To schedule special cleaning or to report any concerns with cleaning services, please create a service request for timely assistance. The Service Requests tab is located within the top ribbon of this screen, or feel free to contact Building Management.

Please do not place trash in public hallways or stairwells. This is both a danger and a fire code violation. Trash bagged or stacked outside of a trash receptacle should be clearly marked “TRASH” in order to be removed from your suite. Special stickers/signs are provided by the janitorial service. Contact the Management Office to order them if needed.
