Preservation of life always takes precedence over preservation of property. If an emergency occurs, first call 9-1-1. Then, notify Building Management so we can assist with the response.

Please provide Building Management office with up-to-date after-hours emergency contacts for your company.

Each tenant should develop their own emergency plan. Your plan should include an evacuation route from their suite and a designated gathering place should a building evacuation be necessary. The emergency plan should name specific personnel designated to perform the following duties in the event of an emergency:

  • A person in charge to lead the emergency plan. This individual will ensure safe and complete evacuation of their suite in the event of emergency. In case of a full evacuation, they should also report any missing personnel to the Fire Marshall.
  • One person and an alternate to notify the fire or police department and the Property Manager.
  • Employees trained in the use of fire extinguishers.
  • "Buddies" to aid those who need assistance in case of an evacuation.
