Rent payments are due on the 1st.
Rent payments are considered late on the 5th day of each calendar month.

Contact your Property Management team with any invoice, billing or account questions.
Late fees and interest penalties are assessed in accordance with the lease terms.
Invoices are sent as a courtesy and failure to receive an invoice/statement does not relieve Tenant’s obligation to pay rent in a timely manner per the terms of the lease.
